Platform terms and conditions for the learning environment are at attunify.learnworlds.com/terms.
Invoices are issued via Stripe to the authorized accounts payable contact provided by the institution. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date (Net 30).
Attunify accepts payment via ACH bank transfer or wire transfer. For ACH and wire payments, please reference the invoice number in the payment memo to ensure accurate matching. Bank details are provided on the invoice.
Invoices unpaid at thirty (30) days will receive an automated reminder. Attunify will make personal outreach at forty-five (45) days. If payment has not been received by 90 days, Attunify reserves the right to suspend participant access to the Learning Management System until the outstanding balance is resolved. Attunify will provide written notice before suspending access.
Purchased seats must be assigned to named participants within twenty (20) business days of cohort start. The institution is responsible for providing participant names, titles, email addresses, and pathway designation (Pathway A or Pathway B). Seats not allocated within this period will remain reserved but will not be activated.
In the event that an enrolled participant leaves the institution or is unable to continue the program, the institution may designate one replacement participant per departed seat at no additional charge, subject to the following conditions:
All institutional seat purchases are non-refundable. Attunify does not issue refunds for purchased seats, whether or not all seats have been allocated or all enrolled participants have completed the program.
Unused or unallocated seats may be applied to a future Attunify cohort at no additional charge, subject to the following conditions:
Completion of enrollment and payment does not guarantee certification. Each participant must independently meet all program requirements to be considered for certification, including:
Attunify reserves the right to withhold certification from any participant who has not met these requirements, regardless of seat payment. This policy is communicated to participants at enrollment and applied consistently across all cohorts.
The program has two phases: a 16-week IECMH consultation training phase and an 8-month supervision and professional development phase. Both phases are required to achieve full certification. Candidates who need a completion of training document at the end of the 16-week training phase can receive one by emailing programs@attunify.co.
Upon successful completion of the 16-week program, participants will be added to the Attunify supervision and professional development community (Circle platform) for a period of eight (8) months. This supervision phase is included in the program fee.
Attunify is committed to advancing the field of infant and early childhood mental health consultation through evidence-based research and continuous program improvement. Student participation in this program creates an opportunity to contribute to that mission.
As a condition of enrollment, candidates grant Attunify Inc. a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use all session recordings, submissions, tool interactions, and platform metadata to deliver and improve the program, conduct research, and develop and operate products and services, including through third-party providers. Participants must not introduce identifiers of children, families, or colleagues, or upload HIPAA- or FERPA-regulated data. Full terms apply and are available on request.
As part of normal program delivery, the following types of data are collected and may be used for research, program improvement, and product development:
Payment must be received within 30 days of cohort start, or access may be suspended.
Attunify offers two payment options for individual enrollment:
If an installment payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry the payment up to three times over seven days. If payment is not successfully collected after retries, Attunify will notify the participant by email and provide fourteen (14) days to update payment information. If payment is not resolved within thirty (30) days of the failed payment, Attunify reserves the right to suspend access to the Learning Management System until the outstanding balance is cleared.
Attunify accepts major credit and debit cards via the Stripe Checkout platform. ACH bank debit is available upon request.
All purchases are non-refundable. Seat purchase may be applied to a future cohort within 12 months of invoice date.
If a participant is unable to continue the program before completing Week 2 of the training phase, they may request a one-time deferral to a future cohort, subject to the following conditions:
Payment of the enrollment fee does not guarantee certification. Each participant must independently meet all program requirements to be considered for certification, including:
Attunify reserves the right to withhold the certificate of completion from any participant who has not met these requirements, regardless of payment status.
Upon successful completion of the training phase, participants will be added to the Attunify supervision and professional development community (Circle platform) for a period of eight (8) months. This initial supervision phase is included in the enrollment fee.
Attunify reserves the right to make reasonable changes to program scheduling, content, and delivery format. In the event Attunify cancels a cohort entirely, enrolled participants will be offered placement in a future cohort or a full refund.
